Stars On The Rise 2014 – Big Bucks High Rollers

Updated: February 21, 2014

We’re profiling all of the teams that will be competing in the Heartland Series 2014. We’ve asked them to highlight the skaters hoping to make an impression in the Series and tell us a bit about themselves, to introduce our new teams and welcome back our friends from 2013. Today’s stars, competing in the opening bout of the South East Division and making their debut in the Heartland Series, Big Bucks High Rollers!

How was 2013?

We’d describe 2013 as a progressive year! A year of change. We lost players but, hey, that’s roller derby. On the flip side, we gained many new and inspiring rookies – and the talent in our team is literally busting at the seams. We learned that change is inevitable and it’s how you deal with it that counts.

We hope to really enjoy ourselves at this tournament and we are thrilled to be part of it all. No doubt about it – our goal is to win the Heartland Series! We Can! We Will!
